The ICT Foundry managed service delivers peace of mind that your technology will just work so that you can focus on educational challenges. We therefore assign an ICT Manager to every customer as the single nominated point of contact.

The ICT Manager is the lynchpin of our managed service, focusing on your needs and tailoring the service to ensure it meets the service levels we agree as well as addressing the challenge of continous improvement. He or she will advise and support you to both improve the service and to innovate in technology. We have no interest in a static service and we will work with every customer to manage change so as to maximise utilisation of the service over time.
